Frequently asked questions
Is the pick really random?
Yes. It uses your browser's secure random number generator (the same one used for passwords), so every name has the same chance each time.
Can I pick more than one winner?
Yes. Set how many to pick, and that many different names are drawn at once.
How do I stop the same name being picked twice?
Tick “Remove picked names”. Each winner is taken off the list, so you can keep drawing until everyone has had a turn.
Is my list saved?
Your list is kept in this browser so it's still there next time. It isn't uploaded anywhere.
