Make a certificate in a minute

  1. Pick a certificate type to fill in the wording, or write your own.
  2. Add the recipient's name, the date, your organisation, a logo and signatures.
  3. Choose a design and colours, then download a print-ready PDF or a PNG image to share.

Frequently asked questions

Can I make certificates for a whole class or team at once?

Yes. Open “Certificates for many people”, paste the names, one per line, and download them all as one PDF with a page for each person. You can also number them automatically, for example CERT-2026-001, 002 and so on.

How do I print certificates?

Download the PDF and print it on A4 or US Letter paper in landscape. Thick paper or card (160 to 250 g/m²) looks best. In the print window, choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit to page”.

Can I add my logo and signatures?

Yes. Upload a logo and up to two signature images. PNG files with a transparent background look best. You can make a signature with our signature generator.

Is it free to use for schools and businesses?

Yes. There's no watermark, no sign-up and no limit. Everything is made in your browser, so names and details are never uploaded.
