What to put on an invoice
Most invoices include a unique invoice number, the date, your business name and contact details, your customer's details, a description of each product or service with its price, the total due, the due date and how to pay. If you're registered for VAT, GST or sales tax, your registration number and the tax amount are usually required too.

Yes. Upload your logo and add your VAT, GST or tax registration number under your business details. You can also set the tax rate, a discount and shipping.
Can I make a quote or receipt instead?
Yes. Change the document type to Quote, Estimate, Receipt or Proforma invoice and the titles change to match.
