Frequently asked questions

What is title case?

Title case capitalizes the first letter of each major word, as in book and article titles. Short words such as “a”, “and”, “of” and “the” stay lowercase unless they're the first or last word.

What is sentence case?

Sentence case capitalizes only the first letter of each sentence, like normal writing. It's popular for headings on websites because it's easy to read.

What are camelCase, snake_case and kebab-case?

They're naming styles used in programming. camelCase joins words and capitalizes each new word (myVariableName). snake_case uses underscores (my_variable_name), and kebab-case uses hyphens (my-variable-name), which is common in URLs and CSS.

Is my text stored?

No. Conversions happen instantly in your browser and nothing is sent to a server.
