Label & Name Tag Maker

Print address labels and name tags on Avery-size sheets: the same text on every label or a different one each.

For a different label each, leave an empty line between labels.

How to print labels

  1. Pick your label sheet (its number is on the box) or name tags to cut out.
  2. Type the same text for every label, or a different one for each: addresses, names, jar labels.
  3. Print at 100% on the label sheet, or download a PDF.

Name tags for a meeting, wedding or classroom: choose the Name tag style and put one name per line. Need cards instead? Try the business card maker.

Frequently asked questions

Which label sheets does it print on?

Avery L7160 (21 per A4), L7163 (14), L7173 (10) and L7165 (8); Avery 5160 (30 per Letter) and 5163 (10); Avery 5395 name badges (8 per Letter); and name tags to cut out, 8 per A4. Other brands with the same sizes work too: the size is printed on the box.

How do I make every label different?

Choose “A different label each” and leave an empty line between labels, for addresses. For names, choose “One label per line”.

My labels don't line up. What can I do?

Print at 100% (Actual size), not “Fit to page”. Try a test on plain paper first: hold it against a label sheet up to the light. Tick “Label outlines” to see where each label is.

I've used some labels on the sheet. Can I use the rest?

Yes. Set “Start at label” to the first empty one; labels are counted left to right, row by row.
