Browsers don't let one website read another website's pages, so a tool that runs in your browser can't fetch your page itself. Open your page, view its source (Ctrl+U, or ⌥⌘U on a Mac), copy it all and paste it here. Nothing is sent anywhere.
og:title, og:description, og:image and og:url, plus twitter:card set to summary_large_image for a big picture on X. Use a full URL (starting with https://) for og:image, and a picture of 1200 × 630 pixels.
Social networks keep a copy of each link's preview for days. Ask them to read it again with Facebook's Sharing Debugger or LinkedIn's Post Inspector; X refreshes on its own after a while.
